My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The check-in process took nearly an hour without any guidance or polite communication from the staff. The room issues continued after the long wait, leaving me feeling frustrated. While the diving shop offered an excellent experience, the state of the hotel and service was not what I expected for the price I paid.

Our stay at the resort was an unforgettable experience, especially with the lovely cottages right by the beach and the beautiful turquoise waters. The hospitality was top-notch, and we were particularly impressed with the Jain food options. However, communication and responsiveness during our stay could have been improved, especially during meal times. Overall, it's a nice place for a family getaway.
